Cancellation Policy

Reservation Policy

A two (2) night minimum stay is required on weekends, April through October and on holidays year round. Rates are based on two person occupancy, $15.00 will be added for each additional person in the room. Some of our rooms can accommodate a rollaway bed for $15.00 + tax, per night (based on availability and room type). There is a $50.00 early departure fee if you check out prior to your scheduled departure date. Half day or full night charge may apply, depending on check out time. Early arrival and/or late check out can not be guaranteed.

All reservations do come with a complimentary served in The Tavern at the Beekman Arms from 7:30 - 9:30 AM.

Rates listed are per room, per night and are subject to Federal, State and local taxes.

Cancellation Policy

  • Reservations must be cancelled (48) hours prior to arrival date unless otherwise stated.
  • For cancellations that occur within (48) hours prior to the arrival date, the fee of (1) night room and tax will be charged to your credit card on file.

Pet Policy

We have 4 pet friendly rooms in the Guest House. There will be a $15.00 + tax, per night charge for the pet in the room. Pet friendly rooms are based on availability.
